Introduction of the Advantages and Disadvantages of Parallel Magnetization, Radial inner Magnetization, and Radial outer Magnetization

There are many ways to magnetize magnets. We all know this, but in the magnetizing methods of motor magnets, the common ones are mainly parallel magnetization, radial inner magnetization, and radial outer magnetization. There are advantages and disadvantages of these magnetizing methods.

The advantages of parallel magnetization of magnets: simple magnetization. The disadvantage is that the magnetic moment contribution is small.

The advantages of radial external magnetization: more windings, good heat dissipation. The disadvantage is that the magnetic field requirements are large.

The advantages of radial inner magnetization: easy to be saturated and simple in structure. The disadvantage is that the winding is limited and the heat dissipation is not good.
